Senior Offensive Security Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Oversee our bug bounty initiative by assessing reports, collaborating with researchers, and partnering with software engineers to resolve issues.

• Evaluate the results of external penetration assessments, replicate identified problems, and work alongside engineering teams to address findings.

• Execute internal penetration tests on our software and infrastructure systems.

• Conduct red and purple team exercises to evaluate our monitoring capabilities.

• Engage in security research and threat intelligence, collaborating with the security response team.

• Perform application security assessments and code reviews, while providing internal training for engineers.

• Participate in incident response to assist in triaging and investigating issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Security.

• Demonstrated proficiency in offensive security, validated through certifications, recognition, or references.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic: actively contribute to the organization and establish a presence.

• Applicants with less experience may be considered for an Offensive Security Engineer role.
