Senior .NET Developer, Data Migration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of extensive data migration projects, ensuring the integrity, performance, and security of data throughout the process.

• Work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to analyze legacy systems, establish data mapping and transformation logic, and create efficient ETL pipelines.

• Serve as a key member of an Agile/Scrum team, collaborating with Solution Architects, Developers, and QA experts to guarantee smooth project delivery.

• Write, review, and optimize migration scripts and WinForms utilities based on C# and SQL Server.

• Guide junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

• Investigate and implement innovative tools, practices, and automation techniques to improve the scalability and maintainability of migrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Over 5 years of experience in data migration or a comparable .NET/database development position.

• Strong expertise in C#, ADO.NET/Entity Framework, T-SQL, and performance optimization in SQL Server.

• Proven experience in delivering comprehensive ETL solutions, including data cleansing, validation, and transformation.

• Thorough understanding of the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills, a commitment to clean and accurate data, and meticulous attention to detail.
