Senior MuleSoft Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, deploy, and sustain MuleSoft integration solutions.

• Create reusable APIs and integration frameworks that adhere to MuleSoft best practices.

• Architect and implement enterprise integration structures.

• Connect Salesforce with both internal and external business systems.

• Develop RESTful and SOAP-based APIs and services.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate integration and performance challenges.

• Facilitate technical solution design sessions and conduct architecture reviews.

• Set integration standards, governance, and development frameworks.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to establish and fulfill integration requirements.

• Guide and train developers and administrators on MuleSoft functionalities and best practices.

• Generate technical documentation, integration specifications, and support manuals.

• Ensure that all integration solutions are secure, dependable, scalable, and maintainable.

• Engage in Agile planning, ceremonies, and delivery activities.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance automation, efficiency, and integration processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in software development and enterprise integration.

• At least 5 years of practical experience in developing solutions using MuleSoft.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and executing enterprise-scale integration architectures.

• Strong expertise in integrating Salesforce with both internal and external platforms.

• Experience in establishing technical standards, governance, and best practices.

• Proven success in mentoring developers and facilitating knowledge transfer.

• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
