Senior Mulesoft Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain scalable solutions utilizing Apex, LWC, SOQL, and custom metadata types.

• Create automation through Flows and declarative tools, API Integrations, and Mulesoft.

• Engage in code reviews, manage Salesforce Change Sets, and implement CI/CD pipelines using Copado and Gearset.

• Ensure compliance with Salesforce development best practices and security protocols.

• Improve Sales Cloud functionalities, focusing on Lead/Opportunity lifecycle management and custom quote processes.

• Assist with Service Cloud features, emphasizing Case Management and Omni-Channel Routing.

• Tailor Experience Cloud portals with Lightning components and customized user experiences.

• Collaborate within Agile delivery teams.

• Support client interactions and contribute to shaping business outcomes through CRM and platform automation.

• Extensive knowledge across Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).

• Proficient in Salesforce development tools and technologies including Apex, LWC, and SOQL.

• Experience with automation tools and API integrations.

• Strong grasp of Salesforce best practices and security protocols.

• Advanced communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with Data Cloud and Agentforce.

• Exposure to CTI integrations, Einstein Bots, and enhancements in the Service Console.
