Senior MSP Program Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Supervise the performance of staffing vendors and manage relationships, ensuring adherence to program guidelines and client expectations.

• Oversee the complete requisition process to guarantee timely and precise staffing fulfillment.

• Deliver outstanding white-glove service to Hiring Managers, anticipating their needs and providing responsive solutions.

• Act as a staffing solutions subject matter expert, advising managers on best practices, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies.

• Identify prospects for expanding MSP services into new departments and effectively communicate the associated value proposition.

• Assess and enhance program processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Utilize knowledge of Vendor Management Systems to optimize program performance and outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the Managed Service Provider industry, specifically on the client services side.

• Strong comprehension of VMS platforms, staffing strategies, and workforce solutions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Capacity to think critically and resolve complex issues in a fast-paced setting.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change, with a proactive mindset towards learning and adapting to new processes.

• High standards of personal integrity and ethics, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and ongoing improvement.

• Capability to sit for extended periods of time.

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
