Senior MS Access Database Developer – Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Directs the development, upkeep, and enhancement of the MS Access front-end along with the AWS/MariaDB backend.

• Oversees forms, queries, reporting tables, automation processes, and ODBC connectivity.

• Guarantees the accuracy of reports, daily refresh operations, performance optimization, and troubleshooting of errors.

• Manages version control, data integrity, user assistance, and access/role administration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in MS Access development.

• A Bachelor’s degree (an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in place of a degree).

• Proficient in MariaDB/MySQL.

• Familiarity with federal IT financial data systems and reporting automation.

• Strong skills in SQL and database integration.
