Senior Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Develop top-notch motion graphics, graphic design, and video content tailored for social media platforms.

• Edit a variety of short-form videos, including reels, stories, advertisements, interviews, event footage, and branded material.

• Transform raw footage into captivating, polished videos designed for social media engagement.

• Animate static designs, key visuals, typography, illustrations, and campaign assets.

• Produce content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Telegram, and various other digital channels.

• Adapt content across diverse brands, industries, platforms, formats, and dimensions.

• Incorporate subtitles, sound design, music, transitions, effects, and additional post-production elements.

• Collaborate with Social Media Managers to convert trends, briefs, and creative concepts into compelling content.

• Generate quick-turnaround reactive and trend-oriented social content.

• Ensure impactful hooks, pacing, storytelling, readability, and mobile-first execution.

• Oversee multiple projects and brands concurrently.

• Stay updated on trends in social media, video editing, motion design, and AI creativity.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Motion Design.

• A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing expertise in both motion design and video editing.

• Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.

• Proficient knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Excellent grasp of animation, typography, composition, editing, pacing, and visual storytelling.

• Comprehensive understanding of short-form and social-first video formats.

• Experience in editing various types of footage and content.

• Capacity to work across distinctly different brands and visual identities.

• Ability to take full ownership of projects from initial brief to final delivery.

• Comfortable functioning independently in a remote contractor setting.

• Strong attention to detail paired with outstanding time management skills.

• Experience utilizing AI tools for creative ideation, editing, or production.

• Background in entertainment, gaming, sports, lifestyle, or other rapidly evolving consumer industries.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Submission of a portfolio or showreel is required.
