Motion Designer, AI Video

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create AI-generated videos and animated visuals for advertising creatives in the longevity niche.

• Generate video content using Seedance, Kling, and edit in After Effects.

• Develop creatives from scratch.

• Produce animations for face/body scanners, banners, and subtitles.

• Design end cards/playables for Applovin — including interactive peeks or mini-games in HTML.

• Adapt Meta videos for Applovin with a 59-second limit, trimming clips according to the script and regenerating specific segments.

• Collaborate with creative marketers.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and concept development.

• Work on short-term projects with daily iterations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in creating 2D animations and video editing.

• Strong skills in After Effects.

• Substantial experience using AI tools for video generation — Seedance, Kling, or similar.

• Understanding of performance thinking, hooks, and retention in video content.

• Ability to work systematically, meet deadlines, and deliver complete tasks.

• Portfolio is mandatory.

• Relevant examples in the portfolio: AI-generated videos, preferably with a duration of 20 seconds or more.

• Experience in advertising digital products (apps, subscriptions, services) is preferred.

• Experience with Applovin: playable, end card, and a basic understanding of HTML is a plus.

• Experience creating videos for TikTok/UGC formats is an advantage.

• Skills in audio (voiceover, sound design) will be considered a plus.

• If available, showcase playable or end card projects for Applovin separately.
