Senior Mortgage Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop and nurture robust relationships with homebuyers, referral partners, and real estate professionals.

• Engage with borrowers to comprehend their financing objectives and suggest suitable mortgage solutions.

• Organize loans utilizing conventional, government, jumbo, Non-QM, and specialized products.

• Assist borrowers throughout the mortgage journey from application to closing.

• Collaborate with the dedicated Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) and in-house processing team to provide an outstanding client experience.

• Expand the business through referrals, networking, and opportunities generated by the company.

• Remain up-to-date on lending guidelines, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

• Valid NMLS license.

• Demonstrated success in originating residential mortgage loans.

• Established referral relationships or a commitment to actively cultivate a strong pipeline.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Deep understanding of mortgage products and underwriting guidelines.

• Capability to work independently while utilizing support from an experienced operations team.
