Senior Mortgage Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with homebuyers, referral partners, and real estate professionals.

• Consult with borrowers to grasp their financing objectives and suggest optimal mortgage solutions.

• Structure loans utilizing a diverse array of conventional, government, jumbo, Non-QM, and specialty products.

• Assist borrowers throughout the mortgage process, from application to closing.

• Collaborate with your dedicated Loan Officer Assistant and our in-house processing team to provide an outstanding client experience.

• Expand your business through referrals, networking, and opportunities generated by the company.

• Remain informed about lending guidelines, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• The Senior Loan Officer must possess an active NMLS license.

• Demonstrated success in originating residential mortgage loans.

• Existing referral connections or the willingness to actively develop a robust pipeline.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Strong comprehension of mortgage products and underwriting standards.

• Capability to work independently while utilizing the support of an experienced operations team.
