Senior Mortgage Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with homebuyers, referral partners, and real estate professionals.

• Engage with borrowers to ascertain their financing objectives and suggest optimal mortgage solutions.

• Structure loans utilizing a diverse array of conventional, government, jumbo, Non-QM, and specialty products.

• Assist borrowers throughout the mortgage journey from application to closing.

• Collaborate with your dedicated Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) and our in-house processing team to provide an outstanding client experience.

• Expand your business through referrals, networking, and opportunities generated by the company.

• Keep abreast of lending guidelines, market trends, and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• The Senior Loan Officer must hold an active NMLS license.

• Demonstrated success in originating residential mortgage loans.

• Established referral relationships or a strong desire to cultivate a robust pipeline.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Profound knowledge of mortgage products and underwriting guidelines.

• Capability to work autonomously while utilizing the support of a skilled operations team.
