Senior Mobile Frontend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Create and enhance reusable React Native components for the Design System.

• Establish and advocate for architectural patterns within mobile applications.

• Work in collaboration with Design and Engineering teams to maintain consistency between the interface and its implementation.

• Document components, patterns, and best practices in development.

• Conduct code reviews while offering technical support and mentorship to fellow developers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in React Native.

• Skilled in React 18+, TypeScript, Hooks, Context API, React Navigation, Redux Toolkit, and Zustand.

• Understanding of scalable architecture for mobile applications.

• Experience in developing and refining Design Systems.

• Familiar with Atomic Design, Design Tokens, theming, shared libraries, governance, versioning, and component APIs.

• Ability to extract technical specifications.

• Knowledge of Variants, Auto Layout, and Design Tokens.

• Competence in transforming designs into reusable components.

• Expertise in render optimization.

• Experience with memoization, FlatList, memory management, and performance monitoring.

• Acquainted with WCAG guidelines.

• Familiar with VoiceOver, TalkBack, ensuring proper contrast, and developing accessible components.

• Proficient in Jest and React Native Testing Library.

• Knowledge of unit, integration, and automated testing.

• Experience with Fastlane.

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.

• Experience in release distribution and monitoring.

• Proficient in using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or Claude to enhance development and maintain code quality.

• Over 6 years of experience in mobile development.

• At least 4 years of experience specifically with React Native.

• Proven track record in building Design Systems or reusable component libraries.

• Experience working in large corporate settings and with high-scale products.
