Senior Mobile Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create and develop advanced, highly scalable mobile applications utilizing Flutter.

• Construct custom Flutter packages leveraging native Android and iOS functionalities and APIs.

• Convert designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive UI code.

• Write optimized queries for core data management.

• Implement MVC and MVVM-C architectures to develop maintainable, testable, and functional software.

• Investigate potential architectures for new features.

• Troubleshoot system issues and incorporate new features.

• Design data structures that are efficient in terms of space and time.

• Adhere to development best practices and maintain well-structured, documented code.

• Utilize CI/CD processes for seamless deployment.

• Manage code and projects using Git while collaborating with team members and managers.

• Update project status and suggest deadlines to the Project Manager.

• Comply with security guidelines and validate changes in the cloud system for backend security.

• Oversee software maintenance throughout the product lifecycle, encompassing design, development, verification, and bug fixing.

• Partner with the Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure stable app delivery.

• Address QA-reported bugs in a timely manner.

• Conduct time profiling and memory leak evaluations.

• Implement app verification protocols and develop app tests.

• Adhere to company policies and quality procedures to guarantee high-quality deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of combined experience in mobile development.

• Proficiency in Flutter for creating cross-platform mobile applications for Android, iOS, and Web, including responsive UIs, efficient data querying, and optimized state management.

• Experience with native Android and iOS for developing custom Flutter packages; Kotlin is preferred.

• Familiarity with Firebase, including Cloud Firestore, Push Notifications, Cloud Functions, and Analytics.

• Competence in Figma for analyzing designs and constructing applications.

• Experience with Git for project management and team collaboration.

• Ability to present a portfolio of independently completed projects upon request.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Preferred technologies include Angular, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Native Android/Kotlin, and Dart.
