This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Develop and maintain a scalable, traceable, FDA-compliant data platform that connects on-prem DGX with AWS in preparation for our 2026 submission.
• Automate data ingestion and quality control, starting with CT DICOM and expanding to video/C-Arm and radiology reports.
• Manage distributed processing on AWS Batch (Spot) for extensive quality control, predictions, and derivatives.
• Implement ClearML for dataset versioning, lineage tracking, and managing experiments (including runs, metrics, artifacts, and provenance).
• Enhance training data accessibility using Lance (or a similar tool) for rapid loading and incremental updates.
• Create a PostgreSQL-backed enrichment service for managing metadata, labels, and predictions, with optional search capabilities through OpenSearch or text and vector fields.
• Integrate and manage labeling workflows (preferably using Encord, but alternatives are also acceptable), including role-based access control, quality control, audit trails, and algorithmic label ingestion.
• Set up a regulated clinical validation environment that aligns with 21 CFR Part 11 requirements (including access control, audit trails/WORM, and data provenance) and adheres to HIPAA/PHI regulations.
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with AWS (S3, AWS Batch, EC2 Spot)
• Familiarity with Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Horizontal Pod Autoscaler (HPA)
• Experience with Karpenter
• Understanding of Networking (VPC, VPN UiFI)
• Knowledge of Trivy
• Experience with Jenkins
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with DICOM
• Knowledge of PACS
• Experience with Orthanc
• Familiarity with ClearML

• Understanding of medical imaging (CT, DICOM), data ingestion pipelines, quality control automation, distributed data processing, experiment tracking and dataset versioning, metadata and label management, clinical AI validation, 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, HIPAA/PHI regulations, role-based access control, audit trails, WORM storage, vector search, media processing, annotation and labeling workflows, as well as data provenance and lineage, PACS integration, and radiology workflows.
