Senior ML Engineer – ML Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance the machine learning architecture for our trading strategies.

• Lead the complete research process: autonomously create hypotheses, integrate them into production, and assess real-world performance and profitability.

• Refine and advance current ML models to increase their effectiveness.

• Detect and resolve inefficiencies in data processing pipelines and execution methods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a Senior ML Engineer or ML Lead position.

• A solid history of developing successful ML models or trading strategies.

• Fundamental understanding of mathematics, statistics, and probability theory.

• Capability to navigate high-uncertainty environments: formulating your own hypotheses and validating them with data.

• Experience in writing high-performance, production-grade code.

• Nice to Have

• Background in algorithmic trading or deep domain expertise in cryptocurrency markets.

• Proficiency in C++ (particularly for reading and optimizing latency-sensitive code paths).

• Strong academic credentials: competition awards, Kaggle accomplishments, scientific publications, or graduation from a prestigious data science program (e.g., SHAD).

• Enthusiasm for mentoring and team development.
