Senior Microsoft Dynamics Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establishes robust alignment with Product Owners to comprehend and execute on road maps.

• Employs Microsoft Dynamics, C#, and JavaScript solutions that are secure, scalable, efficient, and stable.

• Applies standards, proofs of concept, and templates to generate high-quality software.

• Utilizes AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms to enhance software design, coding, refactoring, testing, and documentation.

• Engages in project discussions to eliminate technical obstacles and aids in formulating estimates.

• Conducts design and development for complex tasks as an active contributor to the project pipeline.

• Collaborates with Application Architects and Program Architects to identify, develop, and test optimal solutions.

• Assumes ownership and provides technical leadership when production issues arise that require software engineering expertise.

• Accountable for safeguarding, securing, and appropriately managing all confidential data held by the company to prevent unauthorized access, improper transmission, or unapproved disclosure of information that may harm the company or our clients.

• Analyzes, implements, tests, documents, and maintains new and existing software applications with minimal oversight to support the achievement of business goals.

• Assists in estimating and planning throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Supports people and process improvement strategies for the organization.

• Aids with additional tasks and projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of Software Engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a Microsoft Dynamics role.

• Expert knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics development.

• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics integrations.

• Strong understanding of C#, JavaScript, jQuery, and JavaScript frameworks.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar coding assistants.

• Experience in migrating data from various CRM systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Ability to assess, refine, and validate AI-generated code, tests, documentation, and technical recommendations.

• Awareness of responsible AI usage in software engineering, including secure handling of confidential data, intellectual property considerations, and compliance with enterprise policies.

• Experience using AI tools to enhance developer productivity, automate repetitive engineering tasks, analyze and migrate data, and support continuous improvement is preferred.

• A strong desire for leadership, mentoring, and coaching to facilitate the success of others.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to articulate and influence architectural direction.

• Exceptional technical skills with in-depth knowledge of development technologies and tools.

• Thrives in a results-oriented organization.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and related tools.

• Expertise in server configuration, pipeline automation, and software engineering practices.

• Possesses an innovative and change-oriented mindset that balances practical needs with delivery.

• Experience with various database platforms: MS SQL Server, Sybase, Oracle, among others.

• Exposure to Seismic or other similar marketing tools is preferred.

• Experience with Playwright or other similar automated testing frameworks.

• Strong troubleshooting abilities.
