Senior Meta-Ads Performance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will take ownership of push marketing, ensuring our clients excel in Paid Social (Meta, TikTok).

• Focus on strategy rather than mere setup by creating and executing comprehensive growth strategies.

• Collaborate on AI integration. Work alongside our AI Engineer to devise innovative approaches — from campaigns to the post-click experience.

• Embrace end-to-end thinking. Optimize beyond the click by consistently evaluating conversions, funnels, and the customer journey.

• Provide client leadership. Act as a strategic point of contact and proactively drive the success of your accounts.

• Operate in a data-driven manner. Analyze, interpret, and formulate specific actions for scaling.

• Make a creative impact. Work closely with the creative team to enhance performance in push marketing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in AI & tools. You possess substantial experience with AI tools — particularly Claude co-work/Code, OpenClaw, or similar technologies.

• Strong focus on push marketing. You have extensive knowledge of Meta and TikTok ads and think beyond basic campaign management.

• Demonstrate strategic thinking. You grasp marketing in a holistic manner and translate data into clear actions.

• Maintain a hands-on mentality. You believe operational excellence and strategic insight go hand in hand.

• Exhibit ownership. You take charge of budgets, performance, and client development.
