Senior Medical Writer – Publications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Conducting research, composing, and refining manuscripts, abstracts, slide presentations, posters, and various other outputs.

• Partnering with our Medical Communications team on prominent client projects.

• Ensuring that all versions of a deliverable are properly stored in the team file according to established naming conventions.

• Analyzing study data and transforming it into comprehensive and well-articulated deliverables.

• Meeting project deadlines and comprehending the project development lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD, PhD in life sciences, or PharmD is mandatory.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in creating peer-reviewed publications, congress abstracts, posters, and slide presentations within an agency context.

• Capability to autonomously write and edit scientific manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and training documentation.

• Exceptional verbal communication abilities and proficiency in collaborating effectively in a virtual environment.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with the AMA writing style.

• A team-oriented individual with a meticulous work ethic.
