Senior Medicaid Proposal Quality Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Perform structured quality assessments to ensure compliance, consistency, and responsiveness to RFP requirements, adhering to established guidelines and processes.

• Guarantee that all content is in accordance with Aetna style, bid guides, templates, and brand voice, preserving uniformity across proposal documents.

• Work collaboratively with proposal writers and members of the Quality team to offer clear, constructive edits and feedback throughout the review process.

• Leverage editing and collaboration tools (such as SharePoint, Microsoft Word, PerfectIt, and AI-enabled tools) to improve efficiency and consistency.

• Adhere to defined proposal processes, timelines, and quality standards to ensure the timely and precise completion of assigned tasks.

• Develop foundational knowledge of Aetna Medicaid products, proposal architecture, and industry best practices to assist in quality development.

• Actively engage in team meetings, training, and coaching to continuously enhance editing, compliance, and quality review skills that promote effectiveness and efficiency.

• Assist in advancing the development of internal processes and procedures, including scorecards, quality business reports, style guides, and performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over five years of experience in a quality reviewer/editor role.

• More than two years of experience in proposal writing.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a solid understanding of Associated Press and internal style guides.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) and AI technologies/tools (Asana, Domo, proposal management software).

• Proven track record in organizational, project management, analytical, and innovative problem-solving skills.

• Strong skills in relationship building.

• Willingness to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, during proposal review phases.

• Ability to travel up to 15-30%.
