📋 Description

• Engaging in real-time conversational monitoring and signal detection across platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube to track narratives in cloud computing, AI, and cybersecurity.

• Keeping Akamai at the forefront of market trends by monitoring and analyzing shifts in competitor messaging.

• Leading the creation of executive-level measurement storytelling, providing monthly summaries and quarterly perspectives on content that fosters audience trust and consideration.

• Offering actionable, data-driven insights to the social team on a weekly basis regarding editorial strategies, video formats, and activating executive voices.

• Possess senior-level experience in social listening, digital analytics, or market intelligence, preferably within the technology, cloud, or cybersecurity industries.

• Show advanced proficiency with enterprise social listening platforms and analytics tools native to various channels.

• Demonstrate outstanding data storytelling capabilities, with a proven track record of converting complex data sets into clear, executive-level insights.

• Exhibit a strong strategic approach, adept at transforming raw conversational signals into highly actionable creative and editorial recommendations.
