This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Design and oversee experiential events, such as roundtable dinners, tradeshows, networking gatherings, webinars, and regional partnership activations, to cultivate genuine relationships and boost brand loyalty.
• Develop and customize impactful campaigns, messaging, and materials specific to each designated market, collaborating with Campaigns, Digital Marketing, Brand Strategy, and Portfolio Marketing to ensure alignment with Aledade’s value proposition and the requirements of regional providers.
• Identify and implement focused account-based marketing strategies to expedite the sales funnel.
• Foster strong connections with key opinion leaders, subject matter experts, influencers, and medical societies.
• Assess and report on the impact of field marketing using quantitative and qualitative KPIs. Leverage performance insights to enhance campaigns and support the overall field marketing strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of experience in field marketing, account-based marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector or within a health system.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned state(s) and occasionally on a national level for conferences, events, and meetings (approximately 35%).
• At least 2 years of experience with marketing automation technology, preferably Hubspot.
