• Oversee the creation and implementation of extensive therapy awareness initiatives that enhance understanding, consideration, and demand for Saluda’s therapy among specific clinical audiences.
• Convert clinical data, health economic insights, and patient outcomes into clear, compliant messaging and educational initiatives.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Health Economics teams to provide accurate and engaging disease state education.
• Create multi-channel awareness campaigns, including live events, peer-to-peer education, digital resources, and analytics-driven engagement.
• Design and implement scalable field marketing strategies that align with sales objectives across various regions and launch phases.
• Act as the main marketing liaison for the field sales organization, ensuring alignment with priorities and consistent execution.
• Create field-deployable resources and initiatives such as regional meeting materials, speaker programs, workshops, and local engagement activities.
• Establish feedback mechanisms with sales leadership and field teams to continuously enhance programs and materials.
• Set success metrics and KPIs for therapy awareness and field marketing initiatives.
• Evaluate performance data to gauge impact, uncover insights, and refine strategies.
• Effectively manage budgets to ensure high ROI and optimal resource utilization.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of marketing experience in the medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare technology sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in leading therapy or disease-state awareness campaigns.
• Strong background in field marketing, sales enablement, and commercial execution.
• Experience in supporting product launches and commercialization during growth stages.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a regulated setting.
