This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop systems that enhance content creation, transforming approved messaging into various formats, channels, and variants that the go-to-market teams require, while preserving brand voice.
β’ Maintain a library of versioned prompts and evaluations to ensure that generative output consistently aligns with brand standards, messaging, and maintains high quality over time.
β’ Create evaluation frameworks to assess AI-generated content against Arctic Wolf's voice, accuracy, and messaging criteria.
β’ Enhance and update Arctic Wolf's competitive intelligence strategy through AI-driven monitoring, analysis, and content generation, facilitating quicker and more precise responses to the competitive environment.
β’ Develop automated systems that highlight relevant competitor activities, market indicators, and analyst insights to the appropriate stakeholders promptly.
β’ Systematize successful workflows into templates, playbooks, and reusable systems that allow the broader marketing and revenue teams to operate independently, minimizing reliance on the Marketing Engineer for routine tasks and enabling faster team operations.
β’ Identify, prototype, and scale new AI-driven workflows in collaboration with essential teams within marketing and the wider go-to-market organization.
β’ Conduct experiments as a standard practice. Approach every system as a hypothesis, establish success metrics from the outset, measure adoption and impact, iterate, and discontinue what is ineffective.
β’ Stay informed about the rapidly changing AI tooling landscape and integrate proven new capabilities into Arctic Wolf's marketing function.
β’ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in product marketing, sales engineering, marketing operations, content, competitive intelligence, or a related marketing position.
β’ At least 1 year of experience building and managing AI-driven workflows in a marketing or go-to-market setting, with demonstrable examples.
β’ Practical experience with LLM-based tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar in a professional marketing context, showcasing examples beyond casual use.
β’ Excellent project management and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
