Senior Marketing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Analyzing the effectiveness of arbitrage traffic (ROI, LTV, CAC, Payback);

• Evaluating performance based on countries, sources, campaigns, and creatives;

• Conducting cohort analysis and assessing traffic profitability;

• Supporting 3–4 arbitrage teams with analytics and insights;

• Analyzing and evaluating the results of A/B tests;

• Identifying winning creatives and scaling opportunities;

• Monitoring traffic quality and detecting anomalies;

• Calculating the unit economics of advertising campaigns;

• Preparing regular and ad-hoc analytical reports;

• Formulating recommendations for scaling or halting traffic.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role;

• Experience in the iGaming industry;

• Intermediate level of English for technical work and written communication;

• Proficient in using Tableau and other BI dashboards at a user level;

• Experience with SQL (BigQuery) for data extraction and validation;

• Familiarity with Keitaro, Binom, Scaleo, and other TDS/affiliate platforms;

• Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets for ad-hoc calculations;

• Understanding and experience with UTM / sub_id / click_id tagging taxonomy;

• Preferably, but not critically: experience with Python / pandas for advanced analysis;

• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Adjust, AppsFlyer, or similar tracking tools;

• Understanding modern approaches to Data Quality.
