This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Attribution & Channel Strategy: Take responsibility for the monthly, finance-verified CAC and multi-touch attribution (MTA) models; provide guidance on optimal budget allocation.
• Fatigue Detection: Recognize channel saturation and creative fatigue across the entire mix (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) before they adversely affect the P&L.
• Onsite & Merchandising Optimization: Leverage data to enhance PDP performance, recommendation logic, and checkout processes.
• Scientific CRO: Manage the testing backlog in collaboration with the E‑Com Manager, ensuring that each experiment has well-defined power, sample size, and kill criteria.
• Data Modeling & Warehouse Power User: Develop SQL and dbt models for the fundamental dashboard stack (cohorts, P&L, funnels).
• Data Integrity: Perform quarterly audits of the tracking pipeline to guarantee that budget decisions are informed by reliable data.
• Retention & Lifecycle Cohort Mastery: Evaluate LTV, repurchase rates, and time-to-second-order to foster long-term growth.
• CRM Synergy: Collaborate with CRM to create operational patient segmentations and assess Klaviyo flow performance.
• Experimentation & Methodology Standard Setting: Uphold stringent testing standards and maintain a centralized repository of insights.
• Incrementality Specialist: Develop regional holdouts and catchment-level divisions to assess the actual impact of brand and influencer expenditure.
• The Non-Negotiable Requirement: Proven experience leading the analytics function for a DTC/e-commerce business with a GMV of €100M or more.
• The In-House Operator: Experience as a Growth/Marketing Analyst at a brand generating €100M+ in revenue.
• The Lead Agency Analyst: Managed the complete model and recommendation framework for a client with revenues exceeding €100M.
• Technical Expert: Proficient in advanced SQL (raw events) and familiar with modern data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, dbt).
• Modeling & Automation: Utilize Python or R for intricate modeling and AI-enhanced workflows (e.g., Claude, Cursor) to boost productivity.
• The E‑Com Stack: Practical experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta/Google Ads, and attribution tools like Klar, Northbeam, or Triple Whale.
• Methodology: Expertise in MMM, MTA, and incrementality testing.
• Experience: 4+ years in relevant positions.
• Soft Skills: Self-motivated and commercially savvy; fluent in English (German is an advantage).
