This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop, oversee, and enhance partner relationships within your designated territory, striving to exceed quarterly sales objectives.
• Conduct ongoing optimization discussions and business evaluations with partners.
• Execute strategies to manage and enhance strategic alliances.
• Identify and onboard new, high-quality supply within your assigned region.
• Inform clients about all major product updates and relay feedback effectively.
• Utilize data to discover and pursue strategic growth possibilities.
• Employ an entrepreneurial mindset to create and execute innovative engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure Airbnb's sustained success in the market.
• Gain a thorough understanding of local market dynamics.
• Comprehend the technical elements of software partnerships.
• Represent Airbnb in external meetings with Hosts and at industry events.
• Minimum of 8 years in new sales, account management, and partner support.
• At least 2 years of experience in the tech/travel industry is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a leads pipeline and a portfolio of business.
• Strong quantitative skills with a proven capacity to analyze and apply data in daily operations.
• Capability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Dynamic self-starter who is resourceful and independent.
• Highly skilled in utilizing CRM software, particularly in managing leads, opportunities, and other essential elements.
• Residing in Quintana Roo or Merida, with a willingness to travel regularly to assigned locations.
