This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• You will oversee the health, quality, and growth of supply in Italy by managing professional host accounts and acquiring high-quality inventory.

• Strengthen Airbnb’s market presence in your designated region by working closely with other teams as the local market expert.

• Lead all stages of supply acquisition and market success, which includes developing acquisition strategies, generating and converting supply leads, maintaining quality of experience, nurturing strategic relationships with hosts, and establishing new ones as needed.

• Assist in the development and refinement of scalable localized supply management strategies for both well-established competitive markets and emerging, relatively untapped markets, ultimately ensuring our long-term success in the market.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support.

• At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality or travel industry is advantageous.

• Strong skills in time management and prioritization.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a leads pipeline or book of business.

• Proven capabilities in driving sales growth.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively via phone, email, and in-person.

• Proficient in quantitative skills with a proven ability to interpret and utilize data in daily tasks.

• Highly skilled in using CRM software, particularly in managing leads, opportunities, and other core functionalities; experience with Salesforce is a plus.

• Ability to accomplish tasks amid constantly shifting priorities, projects, and deadlines.

• Willingness to travel to assigned markets (when business travel resumes).

• A passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy; being an Airbnb host is a plus.

• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration.

• Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, with a successful track record of executing in ambiguous situations.

• Well-developed prioritization and time management skills.

• Capability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changing priorities, and balance immediate needs with long-term strategic goals.

• A charismatic self-starter who is resourceful and independent.

• Fluency in both Italian and English.
