This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Collaborate closely with local partners and distributors to enhance accessibility to our therapies in the Eastern Europe Region.
• Formulate and execute strategies for CGM reimbursement expansion to new indications within the Region, in partnership with EMEA Market Access and local collaborators.
• Create strategies to engage with clinical and patient associations to facilitate reimbursement growth.
• Lead the implementation of value tools from the EMEA Market Access team, while identifying opportunities to fortify the local value narrative and develop new tools through data generation and partnerships with external stakeholders.
• Spearhead strategies to shape the tender landscape.
• Provide opportunities for the local sales team to execute switch business based on the perceived value of rt-CGM.
• Design and implement plans to secure market access and promote CGM funding by coordinating with local and national payers and procurement across Eastern European countries.
• Assist in enhancing Dexcom's market share in the Region to meet national revenue and new patient funding targets in alignment with company expectations, leveraging services and support from across the organization in accordance with Dexcom's values and culture.
• Optimize strategic partnerships with other companies to maximize sales of standalone products.
• Proficiency in English, with a preference for one or more languages including Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian, or Turkish.
• Extensive knowledge and experience of the Market Access landscape in Eastern Europe.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment.
• Proven success in managing vendors and consultants.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Medical Devices Market Access landscape and Secondary & Primary care pathways (clinical & funding).
• Familiarity with the Eastern European policy environment and its processes.
• Knowledge of health economic concepts, with experience in utilizing health economic messaging and tools.
• A solid track record of achieving targets and delivering successful outcomes.
• Proficient experience in data analysis, including health economic and clinical data, to compile, organize, and interpret information for effective regional management.
• Strong commercial selling skills, encompassing sales competency or selling skills training.
• Competent in using various computer software applications, including MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Possession of a valid driving license.
• Experience in the Diabetes market is highly desirable.
• A thorough understanding of Health Economic Studies (HES) is preferred.
