Senior Manual Tester

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Develop test scenarios and cases for functional, integration, usability, and performance testing based on both business and technical specifications.

• Manage the current manual test suite.

• Create comprehensive test plans, execute tests, report any issues, and conduct quality checks post-issue resolution.

• Engage in manual regression testing activities.

• Contribute to user story clarification sessions.

• Evaluate test scenarios, scripts, and test data prepared by fellow team members.

• Record testing activities, including managing test execution outcomes in the test management tool and assisting in the development of test reports and quality assurance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a testing environment.

• 7 years of experience with test management and tracking tools.

• Proficient in documenting and troubleshooting issues.

• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.

• Test/QA certifications such as ISTQB.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• A degree or diploma in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Experience in the lending sector is considered an asset.
