This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of predictive models focusing on credit risk, collections, and operations (Senior Manager)
• Incorporate cutting-edge machine learning techniques (such as ensemble models, deep learning, and natural language processing) (Senior Manager)
• Provide mentorship and guidance to both junior and peer-level data scientists (Senior Manager)
• Encourage the adoption of contemporary data science tools and platforms (Senior Manager)
• Communicate insights to senior leaders and cross-functional teams (Senior Manager)
• Propel experimentation with novel methodologies (including causal inference and generative AI) (Senior Manager)
• Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for predictive modeling and machine learning initiatives (Director)
• Lead initiatives that integrate analytics into business operations (Director)
• Supervise the development, implementation, and oversight of high-impact models (Director)
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on data strategy and innovation (Director)
• Represent the Predictive Analytics team in regulatory, audit, and governance discussions (Director)
• Cultivate partnerships throughout the organization (Director)
• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in a quantitative discipline
• 8+ years of experience in predictive modeling and analytics (Senior Manager)
• 10+ years of experience in predictive modeling and machine learning (Director)
• 6+ years of experience applying machine learning in production settings (Senior Manager)
• 6+ years of experience leading strategic initiatives or mentoring senior peers (Director)
• Advanced skills in Python, SQL, and statistical software (e.g., R, SAS)
• In-depth knowledge of credit risk modeling and machine learning techniques (Director)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps tools (Senior Manager)
• A thought leader with exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities (Senior Manager)
• Strong comprehension of cloud architecture and model lifecycle management (Director)
• Demonstrated capacity to influence senior stakeholders (Director)
• Experience with regulatory compliance within the financial services sector (Director)
