This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Lead and manage tax compliance across multiple European countries, encompassing VAT, WHT, DST, and local filings.
• Oversee external advisors and BPO providers to guarantee high-quality and timely outputs.
• Keep abreast of regulatory shifts and evaluate their effects on the business, ensuring proactive compliance measures are in place.
• Assist with audits and tax inquiries, effectively managing risks and ensuring the availability of proper documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate tax implementations associated with new country expansions, product introductions, and restructuring efforts.
• Work closely with Finance, Legal, Commercial, and Business teams on operational and commercial projects.
• Enhance scalable tax processes and automation in partnership with Financial Systems and global tax teams.
• Support market entry and key business initiatives throughout Europe.

• A business-focused tax professional with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in taxation, preferably in multinational settings.
• Possess strong expertise in European VAT and multi-country tax compliance frameworks.
• A collaborative partner with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across Finance, Legal, Commercial, and Business teams.
• A proactive problem-solver capable of navigating intricate regulatory environments and driving practical solutions.
• A strategic thinker with experience in supporting business growth, market expansion, and operational initiatives.
• An effective communicator with exceptional stakeholder management and business partnering abilities.
• A self-motivated individual who flourishes in fast-paced, international environments and enjoys developing scalable processes.
• Familiarity or prior experience in wellness, technology, SaaS, or marketplace companies is a strong plus.
