Senior Manager, Supply Finance & Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the financial performance, analytics, governance, and value generation activities linked to Sodexo Canada's Supply Chain and Procurement divisions.

• Optimize vendor funding performance, enhance spending compliance, and improve the accuracy of supply-related forecasts.

• Act as the main finance partner for Procurement, Supply Chain, Commercial Finance, and BP&A leadership.

• Propel continuous improvement through data analytics, automation of reports, and transformation of processes.

• Organize, forecast, analyze, and report on all supply-related operations.

• Create and implement a Supply Finance analytics strategy to support business performance and enhance margins.

• Work in collaboration with Finance, Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to boost data accessibility and analytical capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related area is mandatory.

• At least 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance.

• Proven experience in managing vendor funding programs, rebate recovery processes, working capital initiatives, forecasting, and performance reporting.

• Familiarity with collaborating alongside Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial leaders.

• Strong commercial insight with the capability to link operational activities to financial results.

• Proficiency in English is essential; proficiency in both English and French is a plus.
