Senior Manager, Supply Finance – Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversees the financial performance, analytics, governance, and value creation initiatives linked to Sodexo Canada's Supply Chain and Procurement operations.

• Responsible for optimizing vendor funding outcomes, enhancing spend compliance, improving the accuracy of supply-related forecasts, and providing actionable insights to support margin enhancement and working capital improvements.

• Collaborates closely with Procurement, Commercial Finance, and BP&A teams to enhance Vendor Discount Agreement (VDA) outcomes, strengthen spend compliance, maximize vendor funding recovery, and uncover opportunities to boost gross margin and working capital performance.

• Promotes continuous improvement through data analytics, reporting automation, and process transformation projects that enhance decision-making and financial performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field is required.

• At least 8-10 years of progressive finance experience, with substantial experience in Supply Finance, Procurement Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Analytics, or similar areas.

• Proven experience in managing vendor funding programs, rebate recovery processes, working capital initiatives, forecasting, and performance reporting.

• Experience collaborating with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial leaders to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives.

• Professional certifications in accounting, supply chain, finance, analytics, or business are considered advantageous.
