Senior Manager, Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and manage a Solutions Architecture team in the APAC region, focusing on training and career advancement.

• Ensure technical excellence throughout both the pre-sales and post-sales processes.

• Offer hands-on assistance for key accounts as required, including presentations, architectural reviews, and migration strategies.

• Supervise and mentor Solutions Architects engaged with strategic accounts and critical deals.

• Collaborate with our engineering organization to relay product feedback gathered from the field.

• Create repeatable strategies based on trends observed within your team.

• Monitor and present Solutions Architect performance metrics to Sales and Field Engineering leadership on a quarterly basis.

• Manage organizational planning, staffing, budgeting, and regional recruitment efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Solutions Architecture/Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-sales roles, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

• Strong expertise in web technologies such as Next.js, React, Node.js, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.

• Proven capability to lead, mentor, and expand technical teams in a rapidly growing environment.

• Successful track record of engaging with enterprise and commercial clients across various industries.

• In-depth understanding of contemporary software development methodologies (CI/CD, DevOps, frontend frameworks).

• Experience working in conjunction with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance customer success.
