This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the comprehensive technical strategy and architecture for full-stack development, covering front-end, back-end, data, and integration aspects.
• Attract, nurture, and manage a high-achieving engineering team, emphasizing talent development, team well-being, and lasting impact.
• Work closely with product management and UX teams to define the product vision, features, and development roadmaps.
• Collaborate with technical project managers, software quality assurance, quality engineers, regulatory experts, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and facilitate timely execution of project plans.
• Guarantee the delivery of secure, dependable, and maintainable software by fostering excellence in quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Direct the planning and execution of deployments across development and production environments, minimizing user disruption and ensuring predictable results.
• Manage production support activities, which include incident response, issue resolution, root cause analysis, impact assessment, and driving corrective and preventive measures.
• Assist in defining and continually improving development processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Over 10 years of experience in software engineering.
• More than 4 years of experience in managing software engineering teams.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams that deliver production-critical software.
• Outstanding leadership, motivational, and collaborative skills.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in developing Angular web applications and Java web services.
• Familiarity with AWS, Spring, Hibernate, and MySQL is preferred.
• Experience in a regulated environment is advantageous.
• Knowledge of order and result HL7 integration is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
