Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Manages the complete product and engineering delivery process.

• Guides the advancement of product management and engineering best practices.

• Supervises the improvement, design, pricing, and lifecycle management of products.

• Collaborates with customers, stakeholders, and development teams to establish requirements.

• Promotes secure development practices throughout the lifecycle.

• Identifies opportunities to utilize AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.

• Manages client expectations while balancing competing priorities.

• Keeps track of revenue forecasts and identifies potential risks.

• Strengthens relationships with partners and stakeholders.

• Provides leadership during executive-level discussions.

• Builds and leads high-performing engineering teams.

• Oversees operational and personnel budgets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 9 years of demonstrated experience in Engineering Leadership.

• Technical proficiency in AWS Cloud Platforms, encompassing Cloud Native Architecture, Microservices, APIs, CI/CD practices, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code.

• Strong foundational knowledge in .NET Development.

• Solid understanding of Distributed Systems.

• Hands-on experience in implementing Secure Development Practices, application Security Testing, and Vulnerability Management.

• Familiarity with AI and Emerging Technologies.

• Experience working in Agile and SAFe environments.

• Excellent communication skills.
