This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Create and execute strategies for category experience to enhance product offerings and boost user engagement.
• Work in partnership with the PxE, SEO, and Category Merchandising teams to facilitate product optimizations.
• Oversee the assessment and promotion of site testing and experimentation initiatives.
• Manage the daily performance and ongoing enhancement of the ANZS websites.
• Incorporate usability studies and market research into user experience suggestions.
• Supervise and mentor a team of three direct reports, fostering their professional growth.
• 5-8+ years of experience in digital product or website management.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance end-to-end customer journeys.
• High level of expertise in website analytics and conversion rate optimization tools.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent management and communication skills for collaboration.
• Nice to Have: Experience with headless commerce, preferably Contentful.
• Familiarity with JIRA and agile project management methodologies.
• Experience in both B2B and B2C digital sectors.
