Senior Manager, SAP Transportation Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions for logistics and warehousing functions.

• Lead the functional design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Transportation Management solutions.

• Collect and analyze business requirements and convert them into SAP system solutions.

• Design and set up transportation planning, execution, charge management, and freight settlement processes.

• Integrate SAP TM with SAP EWM, SAP ERP modules such as SD, MM, and LE, along with external carriers and 3PL systems.

• Assist in end-to-end solution testing, user training, and post-go-live stabilization.

• Collaborate with business, technical, client, and cross-functional teams on data and process integration.

• Diagnose system issues and propose continuous process improvements.

• Prepare functional specifications for interfaces, enhancements, and reports.

• Conduct workshops to demonstrate standard SAP TM processes and gather logistics and warehousing requirements.

• Collaborate with the Global Trade and Services team for integration efforts.

• Provide documentation and ongoing support.

• Manage multiple tasks autonomously and deliver proactive support in a dynamic work environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A University Degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 7 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience without a degree.

• Hands-on experience as an SAP TM Functional Consultant, ideally with implementation and support experience.

• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and TM configuration.

• Experience in integrating EWM, SD, MM, and LE.

• Strong expertise with S/4HANA TM, whether embedded or standalone.

• Experience in integrating SAP TM with SAP EWM, including order management, freight units, and warehouse task execution.

• In-depth understanding of Transportation Planning & Execution, Charge Management, and Freight Settlement.

• Familiarity with the BOPF framework, PPO, and PFO.

• Exposure to the SAP Integration Suite, PI/PO, or CPI for TM-EWM and TM-ERP integration.

• Understanding of logistics business processes and transportation networks.

• SAP TM certification is an advantage.

• Must be a U.S. Person.

• Must work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories.
