Senior Manager – Risk Appetite, Risk Management – ERM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, maintain, and enhance the enterprise Risk Appetite Framework (RAF).

• Define risk appetite statements, metrics, thresholds, and key risk indicators (KRIs).

• Monitor risk exposures across portfolios to ensure alignment with the approved risk appetite.

• Provide insights on trends, emerging risks, and potential breaches.

• Utilize data to create dashboards, reports, and forward-looking risk indicators.

• Promote data quality, consistency, and governance for risk metrics.

• Collaborate with business units, risk teams, and senior leadership.

• Present risk insights and appetite performance to senior management and committees.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

• Support audits, regulatory reviews, and internal risk assessments.

• Enhance frameworks by utilizing industry best practices and analytics-driven approaches.

• Drive automation and efficiency in risk reporting processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in Risk Management, ideally within Banking/Financial Services.

• Strong grasp of Risk Appetite Frameworks and Enterprise Risk Management.

• Experience in portfolio risk analytics, dashboards, and data-driven insights.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Knowledge of regulatory expectations (e.g., RBI / Basel guidelines).

• Capability to convert complex data into actionable business insights.
