This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, oversee, and share a multi-quarter technology roadmap encompassing all three pillars, ensuring alignment with ZoomInfo's revenue growth objectives, go-to-market strategy, and corporate aspirations.
• Convert executive vision and business strategy into specific, prioritized, and sequenced product initiatives with measurable results.
• Collaborate with senior business stakeholders — including Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance — to identify and validate the most impactful opportunities for investment in the Salesforce platform.
• Conduct quarterly reviews of the roadmap with leadership, adjusting priorities based on business performance metrics, market trends, and changing organizational requirements.
• Balance commitments for short-term delivery with the long-term scalability and architectural integrity of the platform.
• Serve as the Product Management leader within a SAFe Agile framework, fulfilling the role of Strategic Product Manager across one or more Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
• Drive Program Increment (PI) Planning, ensuring that team-level objectives align with portfolio-level epics and business outcomes.
• Maintain and prioritize the Program Backlog, including defining and breaking down Epics and Features into actionable stories in collaboration with Solution Architects and Scrum Masters.
• Create and validate Feature acceptance criteria, ensuring that delivery aligns with business value hypotheses and measurable KPIs.
• Lead pre-PI and post-PI ceremonies, including System Demos, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and stakeholder presentations.
• Implement Lean-Agile principles, including WSJF (Weighted Shortest Job First) for ongoing prioritization and flow-based delivery metrics to enhance throughput.
• Advocate for the ART's Definition of Done and ensure that quality gates are integrated into delivery processes.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a B2B SaaS or revenue technology setting.
• More than 3 years of direct people management experience leading product and/or business analysis teams.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce — including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud — as a product owner or product manager; Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or equivalent) are highly preferred.
• Practical experience working within a SAFe Agile framework at the program or portfolio level; SAFe certifications (SAFe PM/PO, POPM, or RTE) are a significant advantage.
• A successful track record of creating and executing multi-year product roadmaps for enterprise platforms that achieved measurable business results.
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities, with a proven ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex organizational structures.
• Strong understanding of go-to-market operations concepts, including lead management, pipeline development, and customer lifecycle management.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; capable of simplifying complex technical and business topics for varied audiences.
