• Experience in developing a component library or design system with a team, establishing processes, documentation practices, and contribution norms to advance the system.
• A history of measuring and communicating design outcomes—not just outputs—and leveraging data to advocate for design investments.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering leadership, along with exceptional communication and storytelling abilities for both design and executive audiences.
• Proficiency in Figma and contemporary design tools, including AI-assisted workflows; comfortable operating in agile environments.
• Comprehensive benefits starting on day one, including medical, dental, vision, FSA, company-paid life insurance, and more, in addition to a 401(k) with company matching.
