This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Identify, develop, and sustain professional relationships with electrophysiologists, medical organizations, and other influential figures.
• Design and execute engagement initiatives such as advisory boards and voice-of-customer gatherings.
• Offer strategic insights to leadership regarding emerging trends, clinical necessities, and market demands.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical affairs, medical affairs, regulatory, R&D, compliance, and additional internal departments.
• Co-create action plans and objectives in partnership with local and regional leadership.
• Prepare interactions between leadership and physicians.
• Monitor physician-related projects and ensure the execution of action points.
• Provide regular updates and maintain feedback loops with leadership and local teams.
• Gather and synthesize insights from KOLs and customers to shape business strategy.
• Identify opportunities to enhance partnerships and strengthen J&J’s Electrophysiology leadership throughout EMEA.
• Lead the selection of physicians and collaboration plans during external evaluations and product launches.
• Develop strategic plans that support Voice of the Customer events.
• Assist with BWI Advisory Board initiatives.
• Maintain physician engagement tracking systems, including the Physician Engagement Dashboard and SF.com.
• Update engagements on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure accurate data reporting and effective communication.
• Support planning and presence at EP conferences in collaboration with GSM, Professional Education, Clinical Science, and Event Marketing.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• A Master’s in a related field or MBA is preferred.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in MedTech, Cardiovascular, and Electrophysiology.
• Required experience in EP Clinical, Sales, Key Account Management, Clinical Science, or related Commercial roles.
• Must have experience closely working with high-volume, efficient, and sophisticated EP accounts and prominent EPs/KOLs.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation abilities.
• Capability to communicate direction effectively and establish performance and results expectations.
• Ability to define, communicate, and uphold accountability for clear, measurable objectives.
• Strong understanding of organizational dynamics, business concepts, and industry issues.
• Proven project management experience, including managing internal and external partner expectations, gathering deliverable requirements, and responding to business requests.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to operationalize insights.
• High ethical integrity and compliance focus.
