Senior Manager, Pharmacovigilance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Supervise pharmacovigilance and drug safety operations, ensuring a balance between quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

• Lead the pharmacovigilance team to guarantee timely and precise reporting of adverse events and safety data, adhering to regulatory standards.

• Create and implement pharmacovigilance policies and procedures to improve safety monitoring and risk management practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations and regulatory affairs, to integrate safety data into clinical development plans.

• Monitor and analyze trends in safety data to detect potential risks and support decision-making for ongoing clinical trials.

• Keep abreast of industry regulations and best practices in pharmacovigilance to promote continuous improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety, preferably within the clinical research or pharmaceutical sectors.

• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements related to drug safety and reporting.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, emphasizing data-driven decision-making.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing a diverse range of stakeholders.
