This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the paid influencer roadmap, strategy, and performance in relation to growth objectives.
• Create testing frameworks that span creators, content formats, platforms, and audience segments.
• Discover new avenues to enhance customer acquisition and generate additional revenue.
• Stay updated on trends within the creator economy and suggest strategic investments.
• Oversee channel forecasting, budget distribution, and performance metrics.
• Enhance the creator mix, partnerships, and investment strategies to boost efficiency and scalability.
• Provide executive-level reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Construct and manage a diverse creator portfolio across various platforms and tiers.
• Lead negotiations regarding creator partnerships, usage rights, and long-term contracts.
• Develop scalable partnership frameworks that align brand and performance goals.
• Collaborate closely with Brand, Growth, Creative, and Product teams to support launches and business objectives.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in influencer marketing and creator partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to own and expand a paid influencer channel with quantifiable revenue and acquisition results.
• Experience managing influencer partnerships from inception to completion at scale.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing, attribution, incrementality, and measurement techniques.
• Proven experience handling substantial influencer budgets and making investment choices based on business outcomes.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a knack for linking channel performance to broader business results.
• Extensive understanding of the creator economy, platform ecosystems, and emerging social trends.
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (Omni preferred).
