This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard creators from both the Insense marketplace and external sources.
• Pair creators with client campaigns by assessing brand compatibility, campaign objectives, and target demographics.
• Oversee influencer campaigns from inception to conclusion, including creator sourcing, briefing, content oversight, and performance evaluation.
• Assist with UGC campaigns in collaboration with the Account Management team.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with creators and influencers to foster long-term collaborations.
• Expand and manage a network of high-performing creators for upcoming campaigns.
• Facilitate creator communication, negotiate compensation, and oversee deliverables.
• Supervise campaign implementation to guarantee timely content delivery that meets quality expectations.
• Evaluate content performance and provide constructive feedback to creators for enhanced outcomes.
• Keep creators actively engaged through community-driven initiatives, events, and feedback mechanisms.
• Conduct outreach to creators across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and other pertinent channels.
• Enhance sourcing and outreach methodologies to boost efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor campaign metrics, analyze outcomes, and disseminate insights to optimize future performance.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and effective client communication.
• Partner with the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to refine campaign strategies and enhance performance.
• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing, recruiting, and managing creators on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
• Strong grasp of influencer marketing metrics with the capability to optimize campaigns based on performance analytics.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining enduring relationships with creators and influencer networks.
• Excellent project management and communication abilities, with a capacity to handle multiple campaigns concurrently.
• Experience in developing and scaling influencer outreach and creator sourcing processes.
• In-depth knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, social media trends, and best practices for influencer content.
