Influencer Talent Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Manage & Scale Creators: Supervise influencer portfolios and assist talent in enhancing their platform presence while securing brand partnerships.

• Talent Acquisition: Identify and onboard new creators, concentrating on both emerging and established influencers.

• Foster Brand Relationships: Develop and maintain robust partnerships with brands and agencies to book premier talent for campaigns.

• Strategic Growth: Collaborate with internal teams to define the overall strategy and broaden Grail’s talent roster.

• Autonomous & Flexible Work: Excel in a lively, fast-paced environment while enjoying the freedom to work independently and remotely.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong familiarity with major social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

• Willingness to hustle to accomplish tasks effectively.

• Capability to work independently and manage your own agenda.

• Bonus: Experience in talent management, social media influencers, or sales and marketing agencies!
