Senior Manager – Order Management and Shipping Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete post-purchase journey — encompassing order execution, delivery, shipping experience, and unboxing.

• Minimize operational obstacles on a large scale: addressing backlog, errors, backorders, partial shipments, and inefficiencies.

• Enhance delivery performance worldwide by optimizing speed, cost, and customer satisfaction.

• Transform operations into a growth catalyst by boosting NPS, decreasing detractors, and increasing repurchase rates.

• Spearhead the evolution and automation of ERP systems (NetSuite, Shopify, integrations) to create scalable and efficient frameworks.

• Create packaging and subscription experiences that enhance brand perception and foster customer retention.

• Assemble and guide a high-performing team with full accountability for outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Fulfillment, or Supply Chain — preferably in eCommerce, DTC, or high-volume settings.

• At least 3 years of experience leading teams in complex, multi-market operations with complete responsibility for results.

• Extensive experience managing Order Management Systems, ERP (NetSuite or similar), and eCommerce platforms (Shopify or similar).

• Demonstrated success in enhancing operational KPIs such as On-time delivery, Backorders & partial orders, Shipping costs & efficiency, and Customer experience metrics (NPS, detractors).

• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and process optimization: Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).

• Capability to transform data into actionable decisions and scalable processes.

• Experience collaborating across departments with Demand Planning, Logistics, Customer Care, and Tech/IT teams.

• Strong knowledge of last-mile delivery, carrier management, and international shipping operations.

• Proficient in English: Intermediate to Advanced (both written and spoken).
