Senior Manager, Insurance Product Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +14 more states.

📋 Description

• Analyze competitor product strategies, benefits, network positioning, and market activities.

• Create competitor profiles, market summaries, strategic insights, and presentations suitable for executives.

• Perform market and competitive analyses utilizing regulatory filings, enrollment statistics, financial reports, consumer insights, and industry research.

• Assist in forming product and market recommendations aligned with growth, retention, and portfolio optimization objectives.

• Collaborate with product, actuarial, network, clinical, sales, and market leadership teams to assess market opportunities, growth potentials, and risks.

• Generate ongoing reports and ad hoc analyses related to product positioning and market trends.

• Detect emerging trends, disruptive market changes, and innovative concepts throughout the healthcare sector.

• Aid in strategic planning initiatives and the development of market-specific business cases.

• Contribute to the creation of standardized product-specific intelligence frameworks and processes.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, economics, public health, or a related field.

• Over 6 years of experience in healthcare strategy, market intelligence, insurance products, analytics, or consulting.

• Comprehensive understanding of the ACA, QHP plans, and the dynamics of the health insurance market.

• Proven experience in developing presentations and recommendations for executive-level audiences.

• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
