Senior Manager, Infusion Nursing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee regional nursing operations to guarantee exceptional patient care and positive clinical outcomes.

• Enhance nursing staff capabilities through coaching, evaluations, and performance-driven leadership.

• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and accreditation regulations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives in pharmacy, clinical, and sales.

• Improve staffing models, resource utilization, and operational effectiveness.

• Partner with contracted nursing agencies to facilitate patient care delivery and education.

• Promote continuous improvement and a patient-centered approach to care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including over 3 years in a leadership role.

• At least 3 years of experience in Home Infusion, either as a new nurse or in a leadership capacity.

• Strong skills in IV insertion.

• Proficient in MS Office and Apple technology.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership abilities.

• Current driver's license.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

• Master’s degree is preferred.

• CRNI or other specialty certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with pharmaceutical audit and contract review processes is preferred.

• For remote work, must have cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speed.
