Senior Manager, Information Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete compliance strategy and develop a detailed compliance roadmap that aligns with business goals.

• Perform risk assessments to determine compliance risks unique to SaaS business models; create strategies for risk mitigation.

• Establish and uphold compliance processes, procedures, and documentation; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Build compliance programs from the ground up and oversee compliance audits and assessments.

• Collaborate closely with legal, engineering, product, and business teams to offer compliance guidance.

• Manage relationships with external compliance consultants and auditors.

• Lead initiatives for compliance training throughout the organization.

• Offer insights and opinions on compliance risks and opportunities within the SaaS sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in compliance operations, ideally within SaaS or technology companies.

• Demonstrated success in creating compliance programs from the ground up.

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks pertinent to SaaS businesses (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).

• Strong comprehension of compliance risks associated with cloud-based business models.
